BUILT Training Split Vol. 3: #The50


#THE50 is Justin’s third training split. It is one of his more challenging and time consuming programs, with the intention of eliminating cardio and replacing it with weight training – lots of time under iron!

Prepare for a solid two hours of high intensity in the gym, consistently challenging yourself and pushing yourself to the next level!
